How to Manage Mild Digestive Issues
If you experience mild to moderate nausea or an upset stomach, the following tips often help:
- Eat smaller, frequent meals rather than large ones.
- Avoid high-fat, greasy, or fried foods.
- Eat slowly and stop eating as soon as you feel full.
- Stay well-hydrated to prevent the dehydration that leads to kidney issues.
